Last night and this morning

We had dinner last night. Not as exciting as it sounds I suspect. But at 10PM local time, a Salad Nicose and a beer hit the spot just right.

Glad I had a sleeping pill would otherwise have been too tired to sleep and I've had about 7 hours good sleep, a great start. It's been a long time since I've either slept in a single bed or that close to a male - he was in his own single bed I would point out - but thank goodness for sleep :)

So it's nearly 6am. It will I think take us an hour to get sorted, drop bags that we are leaving, have breakfast and then hit the road for the Gare in the centre of Lyon. Let the cycling begin!
