Taking it slow this afternoon

After a bit of a relax after some long ups and downs riding today, Simon and I went for a wander in town. It's a very old and very pretty old town and the Dordogne runs right through the centre, makes for a very pretty place.



We've decided to eat where we are staying, the Coq au Vin sounds like a plan. I'm just sitting in the bar, having finished postcards home having a quiet beer and came across quite a sight - check my wallet in the front of the shot for scale...



That is a seriously large baguette! Simon has snuck back up to the room, I suspect to have yet another nana nap, poor dear.
